Geography
Our primary market is home – the Greater Tampa Bay Area, focusing on the counties of Pinellas, Hillsborough and Sarasota.
We’re also actively marketing along the Gulf Coast and Carolinas for our partners.

Our focus is working with home sellers in single-family homes, typically around or under the median home sale price for the are.

Mobile Home Parks
We’re on the lookout for duplexes, triplexes, and multi-family properties and contiguous apartment communities.
We’re also actively expanding in the mobile home park space in Florida and along the South East & Gulf Coasts.

Vacant Land & Storage Facilities
While a majority of our investors are rehabbers & renovators, we do work with builders seeking new construction projects.
